平川苜蓿豐且滋,清泉映帶沙岡披。
戎人習馬知馬性,此處調馬實所宜。
牽者樴者二皆駵,白駒黑鬣緤柳枝。
昂藏翹足驪其色,一戎跨背鞍不施。
紫騮迴首嘶厥匹,有駓齕草意自怡。
驥不稱力稱其德,況復一一皆英奇。
作者寓意應有在,夏官遺法誰深知。
即今大宛致汗血,骨格皆合圖中姿。
亦不渥洼詡作瑞,亦不交河資興師。
迴立閶闔跌蕩蕩,欲起王孫走筆為。

辛巳首夏御題。

此卷題為趙千里作,諦視款識二字,筆法苶弱,與伯駒他本不類,圖意亦似未盡者,疑卷幅尚長,人取後幅有款者,裂而為二,復贗加此款耳。然六馬雄姿俊骨,奕奕有神,信非伯駒不辦,款雖失真,未害其為完璞也,同日再識。 [印]:乾隆宸翰、幾暇怡情、得佳趣、德充符
