平川苜蓿豐且滋，清泉映帶沙岡披。
戎人習馬知馬性，此處調馬實所宜。
牽者樴者二皆駵，白駒黑鬣緤柳枝。
昂藏翹足驪其色，一戎跨背鞍不施。
紫騮迴首嘶厥匹，有駓齕草意自怡。
驥不稱力稱其德，況復一一皆英奇。
作者寓意應有在，夏官遺法誰深知。
即今大宛致汗血，骨格皆合圖中姿。
亦不渥洼詡作瑞，亦不交河資興師。
迴立閶闔跌蕩蕩，欲起王孫走筆為。
辛巳首夏御題。

此卷題為趙千里作，諦視款識二字，筆法苶弱，與伯駒他本不類，圖意亦似未盡者，疑卷幅尚長，人取後幅有款者，裂而為二，復贗加此款耳。然六馬雄姿俊骨，奕奕有神，信非伯駒不辦，款雖失真，未害其為完璞也，同日再識。 [印]：乾隆宸翰、幾暇怡情、得佳趣、德充符
